Grill Night

On Sunday, after a day of biking (to a restaurant Amuse for brunch) and Stone Mountain geocaching, we went to the Dekalb Farmer's Market to get some ingredients for the next few nights' meals. The plan was: Grill Night on Sunday, Mexican Casserole (previously posted here) on Monday, and a peach tart, since they are coming into season in Georgia.

Here was our grill night. Zucchini and onion kabobs, corn (so delicious!), grilled salmon (our favorite), and the legendary chicken brauts and pork kielbasa from the Farmer's market

And here I am, cutting the kernels off of two ears of grilled corn for use in our next night's dinner: Mexican Chicken Casserole
