But grilling an Argentinian-style steak wasn't the limit of my plans. I wanted to plan an entire menu using grilling. I had the steaks. Now what else?
I found dessert in the pages of Giada DeLaurentis' "Everyday Italian," a great grilled peaches with mascarpone cheese recipe.
And while following a foodie list on my TweetDeck, I saw a Cat Cora recipe that would be perfect -- Grilled Pineapple and Avocado Guacamole.
The recipes were complete. Now all I had to do was do a bunch of grilling.
